LOTS GOING ON TODAY ........
Well, lots going on today, lots on my mind, etc. What's new, right?! Doesn't this Type A personality of mine ever slow down? Well, actually last week while I was "under the weather", I didn't really think much about "life" in general, but this week, I think my brain thinks it has to work double duty or something. Goodness. I laid in bed last night (after my late phone call) and thought about a zillion things going on right now ... ugh!
Anyway, I AM feeling a lot better today, thank goodness. I think I'm about 95% better now. YAY! Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers.
Here are a few of the thoughts running through my mind today (and last night):
*Morgan - getting ready to start 7th grade. Orientation is tomorrow, school starts one week from today and my baby will be a big 7th grader. That seems sooooooooooo much older than a 6th grader.
*WKFM - Wesleyan Kids for Missions. This is a program at our church that tries to get the kids excited and involved in our missions and missionaries. I was approached (sort of) about being the teacher once a month for this endeavor. I've gotten the materials - which are not very good - and have talked to the children's church coordinator about it (thus, the late phone call last night) and she really, really wants me to do it. I am just trying to decide if this is what GOD wants me to do. I don't want to be stressed about this each and every month. With my Type A personality, hm..... wonder if that de-stress will work or not?!
*My grandma has to see a nephrologist (sp?) on Friday about her kidneys and the fact that they are shutting down. My mom is about to go ballistic about the possibility of Granny having to go on "dialysis" at some point. She's 87 years old. Goodness gracious. But with all the meds she's been on and everything, for some reason, her kidneys have started to fail and they are progressing rapidly, according to her heart doctor, thus the appointment with the kidney dr on Friday.
*Trying to play "catch up" today at work - from being gone most of last week. Plus, we have an emergency hearing this afternoon about custody. Gotta love those, huh!? NOT! Lots of emotion involved.
*FINALLY got my dryer back up and running last night ... Mike installed the piece/roller that we ordered last week, so I can FINALLY do some laundry tonight! YAY!!!!
Ok, enough of my life's saga. Have a great Tuesday!

Glad to hear your feeling better! That is indeed a nasty virus going around!
Well, I think you would be an excellent teacher for the WKFM. However, I could also see how it could be a bit stressful each month, especially if the materials you were given are lacking. You will figure out the right choice, either way!
I will keep your Grandma in my thoughts and prayers.
Yeah for the dryer! Hate those darn things, but when they are down it really makes life miserable. Piled up laundry bites.
