Tuesday
Well, we went to Muncie last night for dinner with my husband's sister - for her 40th. We went to a restaurant in town called 909 Grille. It should have been nice ... we were some of the only people there .... we should have been taken care of ........ we were some of the only people there ... ok, get the point? We spent $42 and it was NOT GOOD. I think Morgan's dumplings were good, but she didn't get very many of them, and she was still hungry when we left. Ugh! My steak was ... tough, cold - literally cold - my potato was HARD - not cooked all the way through, etc. My cottage cheese was good. (How can you ruin cottage cheese?) Mike's chicken was not good. His potatoes were ... not good. Ugh! It was nice to get together with family, but ... I would have rather spent less than $42 and gotten pizza together or something. Oh well!? Sorry for all the complaining.
Polly had a nice b-day celebration and we went back to Mike's parents house for cake/ice cream ... which was really good.
Not much news on the work/job front for Mike right now. He talked to some people on the school board yesterday who were NOT at all pleased to hear about the new super's instruction to Mike last week. There are several members who are going to talk to him about it and have told Mike "not to worry". Please continue to remember us in your prayers. Things are very stressful right now.

Oh! LEave it to LeeAnne to catch the steaks on fire... and halve the chocolate chips! :P
I will be praying about Mike's job. I know that is one of the scariest times in life. Tie that knot and hang on. God has the other end!
