Scrapover 2007 was a success!!!

Hail, hail - the gang's all here! (except one) Well, we had our 4th annual scrapover this past weekend and it was a blast ... especially since Kath came from Michigan to attend all the fun!

As I think I mentioned the other day, we had a "surprise" baby/scrapbook shower for Mary! YAY! We all brought little scrap embellishments to put in a basket for her and then we also all made a 2 page layout ... yes, everyone made it! and put them in a pink scrapbook for her ... from her scrapping buddies! She was shocked and very surprised! I was SOOOOOOOOOO happy we pulled this surprise off! :)

Needless to say .... we had a fabulous time! I was SOOOOOOOOOO glad Kathy got to come (from MI) to spend the weekend. We scrapped all evening Friday evening (until about 1 or 2 a.m.) and then went to bed for a few hours. We then got up on Saturday morning and had breakfast and then scrapped more. We then had our CMC come that afternoon to show us all the new CM stuff!!! :) We then scrapped till about 6 p.m. YAY! Then, several of us always get together and go out for supper. Since Kath and Chase were here for the weekend, we then came back to Mary's house and scrapped/talked for a little longer (till about midnight) and then went to bed. Got up Sunday morning and had breakfast and then Chase and Kath left to go back home! It was a FABULOUSLY fun weekend! :)

Yesterday afternoon, Mary and I then went to Indy "baby shopping". She found the perfect baby ensemble for the bedding at Potty Barn Kids. SOoooooooooooooo cute! We also registered her for several baby items ... she has NOTHING! It was a lot of fun ... although I'm exhausted today! Hoping to go to bed a little earlier than normal tonight!
