What a pain .............
Ok, so we went to Muncie last night to have supper with Mike's parents while he is gone to 'bomb school' this week and Morgan started sneezing on the way up there ... while we were there ... while we were at Target shopping ... and all the way home. HELLO!? Can we say possible sinus infection????? GRRRRRRRR. She hardly slept and woke up this morning with little white DOTS on her tonsils. GRRRRRRRR. NOT GOOD! So, she went to school - because she had a test in 2nd hour - and wanted to take it before fall break, so she wouldn't have to study over fall break. (good student that she is)
We then headed to the dr at 10:00 a.m. for a 10:15 a.m. appointment. Yes, we got out of there at 12:10 p.m. HELLO!!!! While there, we told the dr of her "back/tail bone" hurting since Saturday. Let me digress for a moment ... she went to a teen harvest party on Saturday night and they played a game (a stupid game, I might add) in the dark where you run as hard as you can (in the dark) backwards. Did I tell you it was IN THE DARK! Well anyway, you get the picture. She ran into the wall, hit her head and her back and fell onto the floor, thus hitting her tail bone VERY HARD! She has been limping around here for 2 days, so we decided to mention it to the dr. She poked and prodded and wanted us to have an x-ray to check and make sure her tail bone wasn't fractured ... it wasn't, but that took an extra 1 1/2 hours to get the x-rays taken and the STAT results back to the dr, back to the dr's office for results and back home. UGH! What a morning!?
As an update, my mom isn't any better at all. In fact, she is probably a little bit worse, actually. Please continue to remember her in your prayers. She is to call the dr back tomorrow if things aren't better (which they aren't) and he's gonna do another type of radioactive testing of some sort to see what's up. Ugh! What a pain ... literally.
In the meantime, Morgan is being treated for strep ... which is what those nice little white spots were on the back of her tonsils ... and is home resting, while I'm back at work "slaving" away!

Oh yuck! sorry to hear that Morgan is home sick. :( I hope she is feeling better very soon! And I'm sad to hear that your Mom isn't feeling better at all. I will keep both of the girls in my thoughts and prayers!
