Weekend with friends ...........

Ok, so it's Tuesday morning and I'm just now writing about the weekend ... that's because I was tooooooooooooooooooo tired to write about it yesterday!!!

We had an AWESOME time this weekend at Bear Creek Farms / Scrapbook Retreat! Kathy came down from Michigan (along with her friend, Cindy)! It was SOOOOOOOOOOOO great to see her/them! Wish we could get together MUCH more often during the year. Two/three times per year just doesn't seem enough!!!!

The scrap / crop room was pretty nice, with each person having a 5-6 foot table and "ott" type lamp for themselves. (If we hadn't had these lamps, the lighting would not have been good, but we did, so it was all good!) ha!

And yes, for those of your wondering, Kathy DID make me some RKT (Rice Krispie Treats) and I shared (A FEW) with others, but for the most part, ate the whole pan to myself! (As you can see from the picture above!) I DID leave ONE LONE RKT for Sunday morning's breakfast, Mark! Thank you very much! :) They were GREAT, as usual!

We all ended up getting LOTS and LOTS of pages done this weekend. I'm not quite caught up, but fairly close. Actually, I'm up to Labor Day - just have my nephew's football game, our Saturday evening out with friends and Granny's bday (the week before we left) to scrap and then I'm caught up .... oh, and all the journaling! Maybe I'll post some of the layouts in another post.

Anyway ... FUN FUN FUN weekend ... so sorry we're back to "real life" now!
