Get your sunglasses .............
Kind of bright, huh?!
Do you see all of the colors marked with an X? (should be the next to last color on each color swatch) . Those are going to be the colors of the children's church walls after this weekend?! WOWSER!!! (Needless to say, my family LOVES it when I have IDEAS for children's church ... besides the milk jug igloo!) ha!
We have been wanting to paint the "dirty white" children's church walls for some time now and got approval from the Board last month to spend some money for paint. (Well, let me say, IIIIIIIIIIIIIII have been wanting to paint the children's church room for some time -- Mike and I had NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO desire to paint it!) ha!
So when I asked the kids about colors this past weekend, they chose all 6 colors! WOW! At first, I was going to make an "executive decision" and only pick 2-3 of the colors, but then I decided, why not use all 6? It's only paint!
So, we have one LARGE room that is sectioned off with a moveable wall. We are going to paint both ends the same color and then each wall (in the 2 sectioned-off rooms) a different color and then we have an extra little wall that will be the 6th color, I think. We'll see. Mike and Dad are helping me this weekend! Friday night, we are going to go out to church and move everything that needs to be moved and then PAINT PAINT PAINT on Saturday. It shouldn't really take too long because there's only a couple of windows to paint around ... it's not like a house! Ya know?! We'll see. I'm sure I'll probably take pictures ... and post them next week!
Happy painting!!!
