Tuesday tiredness .....
Did I mention last week how tired I was? Oh sheesh! I am even more tired this week so far and it's only Tuesday.
Weekend recap:
Friday night -- Morgan had a thing at the church for the teens, so MIke and I trekked up to Muncie to do a little shopping. I had a gift card and money from my birthday that was burning a hole in my pocket! ha! So we went to the mall and then to a little "hole in the wall" restaurant/bar type place. It was ok ... not somewhere I'd want to go every Friday night, but it was fine. :)
Saturday -- Mom and I worked over at Granny's house getting things ready from about 9:30 a.m. till 6 p.m. on Saturday. Talk about being tired. Oh my word!!!!! I can't even remember what I did when we got home. I think Mike and I went to Dairy Queen for supper (nutritious, huh?) and then came home and watched a movie till Morgan got home from her teen weekend thing.
Sunday -- Church in the morning. Luckily, LeeAnne was in charge of children's church on Sunday and I was just "crowd control", so that worked out well. Sunday afternoon, I worked on finishing up typing some exhibit pages for my transcript and Sunday night, went back to church.
Yesterday -- I spent all day (at work) trying to get Joel ready for trial today. UGH! This is his first big jury trial ... and oh my word! He was driving me batty. He's not a very organized person anyway and then to have to work with me -- Little Miss Organization -- we were driving each other SOOOOOOOOOOOO crazy by the end of the day! LOL His "lack of" organization and my need "for" organization ... didn't mesh! However, he's off today ... to the jury trial ... with all 10 notebooks in hand ... so we'll see. Last night, after work, I went over to Granny's and worked till 10 p.m. UGH! Last night was really the only night this week that we could go over there (although we're gonna have to squeeze another few hours in at some point) ... so we were trying to get a ton done! However, a few people stopped by and stopped us from working, but that's ok. It was nice to visit with them! (We made a few sales, too!) And I got to use the cash register!~ I'm SOOOOOOOOOOO excited about that on Saturday! I love the cash register! ha!
So, today I'm working and then going home tonight to put the transcript exhibit pages all together and hopefully turn it in tomorrow or Thursday! Yay! It's not due till next Wednesday, but ... I want to get it turned in a little early to the Court of Appeals ... less stress to deal with over the weekend! (I wouldn't have any time to work on it over the weekend anyway!)
