Girls Night Out

Ok, so here are a few pictures from our GIRLS NIGHT OUT (for the children's church girls) the other night at church. We started out the evening with pizza, pop, breadsticks, dessert for the girls and then ventured off to our "stations".





One station was "facials" where the girls washed their faces, got a facial massage with cream and then put cucumbers on their eyes to finish off the facial. ha! They LOVED this station.





After they got their faces cleaned, they went to the "make up" station, where LeeAnne had Mary Kay samples (and Avon samples, from Granny) - and she "dolled" them all up with make up!







Another station was fingernail painting.





The next station was foot massage/foot soak -- oh, how I wish I could have gotten in line for that! ha! The girls really seemed to love this station as well!


And then after their feet were clean, they got to go over and have their toenails painted. That tickled! LOL



And then the last station was a "hair tie" for their hair. We had strips of fabric cut and they tied it around a little hair tie. It was really cute and several of the girls wore their hair ties back to church on Sunday.

And of course, they wanted to do a "goofy" picture too!!!! Being silly, that's what it's all about !!!

All in all, it was a fun time .... the BOYS NIGHT OUT is planned for the last Saturday of July. Obviously we aren't doing fingernails, makeup, etc. but they will be playing "boy games", such as water balloons, kick ball, etc. Hopefully we'll have a NICE EVENING for them to play OUTSIDE!!! (and lots of adult BOY helpers!)
